1 and 2. Name impressed, sometimes with an anchor. Lower case letters 1793 - 1810, upper case after 1805.

3. Printed on stone china c1805 - 1820.

4. Printed c1795, sometimes with "Longport" instead of "Davenport.

5. Impressed on wares of all periods.

Doulton and Co. Ltd. Lambeth  c1858 - 1956 and Burslem c1858 - present day.

1. Impressed c1858 onwards.

2 and 3. Painted or impressed c1882 - 1902. "England" added from 1891.

4. Printed or impressed c1887 - 1900.

5.Impressed c1881 - 1912. "England" added after 1891.

6. Impressed or printed c1872 onwards.

7. Impressed c1888 - 1898.

8. Standard impressed Doulton mark from 1902 onwards. "Made in England" on all wares from 1891.
